Screw Air Compressor Operating Principle
 
   Single-screw compressor is the most new compressor type the world at present,the basic principle is:
   One column screw gather with two symmetrical plane star wheel,generally,six screw groove in s screw, every toothed star wheel will be divided into two space with gathered screw groove,to realize the compressor's working process respectively, because of two star wheels, single-screw compressor is the equal of one six-cylinder and double-effect piston air compressor.
   Column screw is symmetrical configuration with two star wheels,it posses ideal force-balance,so axial force and radial force can be canceled each other out. It's the most reliable guarantee for the machine which can perform well for long time.
